Am I right that there is no Healing brush in Photoshop elements 2019?

How do I check to see what version Photoshop elements {year} I have?

Hello,

Healing Brush tool is still present in Photoshop Elements 2019.

It is located within the Enhance Category tools in the toolbar located on the left.

Once you've selected the tool, you can switch between the Spot Healing Brush and the Healing Brush from the tool options located in the lower region of the application

To check which version of Photoshop Elements you have, please navigate to Help Menu > About Photoshop Elements...
