Help don.t works

Hi.

Nothing in my help menu works.

Just come up that the internet is not on this device.

I have just bought photshop elements 2018.

Installed about it a few times without results.

Updating the program works via the network.

Have also checked the firewall in the computer

I have windows 10 and use windows defender as a virus scanner.

No help menus

examples help, getting started with elements etc

Have soon tried everything .. installed about the program in new folders, etc.

As a new installation. The program will find my previous albums etc .. should not do it.

The following errors are left. There was an error opening the browser. You may need to reinstall the program.

The guided mode tab in the editor only provides a blank image without photo,

None of the help menus work

Hi,

What is your default web browser [Windows Start -> Settings -> Apps -> Default Apps]?

If clicking on the above links cause a problem, then you could try a different browser.

Which build of Widows 10 are you using? [Windows Start -> Settings -> System -> About scroll to Windows specification 1709?]

What type of image are you trying to open n the editor? JPG?

Sorry, but can we have a recap - you seem to have two problems which may or may not be connected.

A) Help is not connecting to the internet

If clicking on either the link I gave you in reply 1 above or the link that Jon gave in reply 4 above does not open the Adobe page then there must be a problem with your internet access. If they don't open by clicking on the link, try copying and pasting the link into your browser. If you can open those pages, please let us know.

B) The guided edit is not displaying the image

Can you open the image in Expert mode?

How did you buy your PSE 2018? App store, download or disc?

Hello again.

Thank you for your help. Now the program works as it should.

I tried to replace chrome in default apps to Edge by resetting all default apps

(I have purchased the application through download)
