Help, Forums, and Getting Started

When I open Photoshop Elements 2024, I try to select Help, then Forums and Getting Started with no luck. All I get is an error message. Is that a glitch? How do I access these?

I can confirm your report.  I will notify Adobe.  It may just be a temporary server issue.  In any event, you found your way here which is where the link should bring you.  So, problem solved.  😉
