I've been on two support calls with Adobe trying to troubleshoot the memory drain and glitches when using Elements 2022 (I upgraded from 2019). They're still working on it but one thing they did was uninstall and reinstall Elements in a custom location.
I just saw an update come in but I get an error message so now I'm trying to uninstall Elements altogether and then reinstall it. However, now get an error message for that, too using Add/Remove Programs in Windows. I've also searched my entire hard drive for the Uninstaller.exe file and it's not there.
Is there a different way to uninstall Elements 2022? This is really getting frustrating!

That location depicted in your image is where 32bit parts get stuffed-- really no reason to even bother with it.
BEFORE YOU TRY TO UNINSTALL PLEASE LOG OUT OF THE PROGRAM FIRST- THEN UNINSTALL.
Go here, download the free version- use it to perform the unistall.

Thanks, I had another utility cleaning tool with an app uninstaller. Good news I was able to uninstall/reinstall Elements 2022. Bad news the update didn't fix the issues I'm having with using this new version. Regardless, thanks for the help!

I'm curious about something: What's your OS? If it isn't windows 10 that's your problem with PSE 2022.
ALSO: You would get that error if you went ahead and maully deleted the file- then went and tried the uninstall.

Yep, Windows 10. Everything was fine with Elements 2019.
30-day trial for Elements 2022 was fine but once I purchase the upgrade it was glitched from the start. My PCs memory usually spikes hard when I'm running Elements 22 and it's always glitching with tools such as Text. Anytime I create or edit text there's a "lag" and you can't see the changes until you accept or toggle to a different setting (see the attached screen recording). Some tools are fine but others like increasing the canvas size glitch out.
Been on 2 support calls with Adobe with them remoting in and troubleshooting. Still no luck after multiple uninstalls, removing options, etc. Waiting on another support call with another escalation specialist.
