Hi, I downloaded the free trial of PSE 7 a few weeks ago. It worked for one day and then said my trial had ended. I assumed I just did it wrong so I deleted it from my computer and really forgot about it. I ended up receiving PSE as a gift that same week. Anyway, I just got an email saying my trial was fixing to end, but when I tried to cancel it it says I never downloaded anything from Adobe. I am afriad it is going to charge my account anyway, which I cannot afford!! Does anyone know what I could do? Thanks SO much!

If you downloaded a free trial why would you get charged?

This is the forum to talk about the forums... not about a product

You need to find the forum for your product

They won't charge your account that way. At least not until they jump on the subscription bandwagon that seems to be the current trend. I HOPE NOT!!!

Anyway, if I am correctly understanding you, just ignore that email. I got one that was even stranger since I have never downloaded any CS4 product - trial or not.

Just ignore it... the jiviness of these Jive ACE forums is rubbing off on Adobe...
