Help with choosing photoshop version for recently purchased Macpro computer

Looking for help with choosing which photoshop vesion to purchase for an older Macpro intel based Xeon computer. The computer is a 2 x 3 Ghz quad core Intel Xeon running OS 10.7.5.  Looking for the earliest version of photoshop that will install on this computer?

Adobe only sells the most current version of its software.

The current version of Photoshop Elements is known as 2018 which requires 10.11 as a minimum

Your version 10.7.5 is very old in computer terms. Photoshop Elements 12 was the most recent version to run on that system. I don't know anywhere that you can purchase that version these days. You might try alternative software or freeware.
