Ok, I am the least tech savvy person out there so please be patient with my question. Years back I purchased Elements 14 at best buy, have used it ever since then no issues. Last night I had issues restarting my laptop, and I know this is bad but it seriously did not want to turn off so i held the power button down. Turned it back, everything seemed fine then when I tried opening Photoshop Elements 14 it wanted me to sign in despite me always being signed in. It was late and I did not remember my password so I just went to bed and made sure to restart my laptop the proper way. A day later I'm trying to use it and it still was having me sign in despite me always being logged in, didn't remember my password so I reset it. Went through all the verifications with phones and emails etc was able to do it. Signed in and then it's still saying its a trial! I purchased it and i have no idea where my serial number is! Anyone have solutions?

If you registered PSE 14 after purchase from Best Buy, it should show up in your Adobe account.
Absent a serial number, you will not be able to launch the program. Further, Adobe no longer supports this old version.
You can avail yourself of a fully functioning 30-day trial of PSE2024. You may purchase the license subsequently.
Note, this is the time of the year when an upgraded version (PSE 2025) is expected to come to market. You may wish to defer purchase until then. The free trial will give you the opportunity to try it out and continue with your project in the interim.

There have been versions of Adobe software sold by Best Buy that were a limited 10 year license, not a perpetual license.

That is interesting. The bottom line is that OP does not have a serial number, so purchase of a replacement is in order.
