Na crash PC alle sofware verdwenen, kan Photoshop elements (2017) niet opnieuw installeren, verwijst bij installatie naar 'verouderd besturingssysteem' alhoewel de installatie van windows opnieuw gebeurd is (windouws 10 en Edge als browser...); Je kan een bestand openen op de website van Adobe om de registry aan te passen maar met dat lukt het ook niet (computer ook heropgestart)...

I know it is confusing, but there is no such version as Photoshop Elements 2017.

Photoshop Elements 2018 was released in the year 2017.

Photoshop Elements 2019 is Version 17.

So which version of Elements do you have? 

What error message are you getting when you attempt to install the program?  Please provide a screenshot.
