How can I change platform of photoshop elements from windows to ios?

I achieved a Photoshop Elements online. However, I noticed only later that it is for Windows and not for Mac, which is my computer. How can I change the platform?

You can't if ios.  Photoshop Elements is Mac or PC.

You can, however, get an app:

Adobe Photoshop Express: Edit Photos, Make Collage on the App Store​

If not ios:

Exchange a product for a different language or platform version

Bob, sounds like you need to get back to Adobe.   Where did you get the download, did you register it with Adobe?  They can help you or tell you you are out of luck, Trish
