How can I create color profile on Photoshop Elements 2024?

I'm not sure but this is not what im talking about.
What i mean is i want to dictate to the software by choosing
the red pad on my color checker pad, this is red
the blue pad on my color checker pad, this is blue
etc...
and create a profile with it and apply the same profile all other my images.
