How can I fold ~ bend image pse15

is there a way i can fold both ends of a picture so i can get a tunnel effect, ive tried all the Transform effects.

I can only think to do this i would need to keep most off  the aspect of the fold.

What I need to do is to retain the image then a 3rd of each end of the image do a fold so I end up with a square tunnel effect with the least amount of image lose on the folded ends.

Go to Image>Resize>Canvas size.

Extend the canvas on both sides. You'll have to experiment to arrive at  the optimal extension for your purpose.
