If you go to this URL
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/release-note/update.html
You will only see updates for Elements 2025. Under all the other versions there are no links to the updates. A version 2024.3 is shown, but no link to the update file. It says it is a free update. I purchased 2024.0 from Adobe less than a year ago.

Depending on your settings in Preferences, updates are downloaded to your computer either automatically or after you are notified of the update.
If you look at the Help>About Photoshop Elements screen, you should see the same build as in my screenshot below.

Thanks for the reply Greg. That is what I see also. However, if you go to the PSE updates page that I provided the link to, you will see releases for versions 2024.2 and 2024.3, but I can find no way to access them. I have automatic updates turned on, but only have version 2024.0 I worry that Adobe is trying to force us to upgrade to 2025 by withholding support.
I would dearly like to get either of the updates in the hopes that they will repair whatever is preventing me from printing from the Editor. I can print from the Organizer and many other programs, so the printer is working and accessable, but Elements crashes (just exits, as if it were never running). I have rebooted all, restored preferences on next launch, run as administrator, all to no avail.

Please look closer at my screenshot on the right. I have highlighted the digital value of the build. Adobe does not signify the updates other than through this method. In other words, this is the only way to tell whether you have Elements 24.3. If you download the installation file from your Adobe account, it will be the latest version.

Thanks for that Greg. My build number matches yours. I am utterly perplexed why it would say 24.0 when it is actually 24.3, but oh well! I was so hoping that the update would repair my Editor print problem. It is disappointing that the routine that was running when the exception that gets thrown doesn't trap and report it. There is just nothing to go on to figure out what is going on.
