Quite frankly I have never I MEAN NEVER in my whole life experienced anything as bad as ADOBE I paid for the product Elements 2025 from teh ADobe website I got nothing except a confirmation receipt NOTHING ... and I found a way to download from my account on the Adobe website BUT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT OPEN... I try the editor and only get to use the trail version I have spent 4 days trying to get supoort help NOTHING How do I get support help how do I get what I paid for to work.
Someomne please help me

I purchased Elements 2025 got a reeipt for Premier through Adobe Shop after I am looged in as me I have been with Adobe for too many years I click download for Premier as that is what I get offered as my account plan valid for next three years. I get Adoge Elements 2025 in my application menu list THERE IS NEVER ANYTHING ELSE TO DO TO ACTIVATE IT. but whe n I open it I cannot use the features I just get Use Trial or purchase. Pretty Bad eh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you ... that is a start you obviously know what you are doing so thank you .... using Adobe site is a waste of time so I had to start somewhere and I apologise for not geting the correct place so I posted to the site you gave me THANK YOU so much

To install and activate Photoshop Elements, you'll first need to download the installer from Adobe.

After downloading, run the installer, sign in with your Adobe ID, and follow the on-screen instructions, selecting your preferred installation options. Once installed, open the application and sign in again with your Adobe ID to activate the software.

Maybe I am doing something wrong BUT I am following what you say and in fact that was what I tried doing first time. BUT IT DOES NOT WORK.. I downlad the Windows version I DO NOT GET to sign in again. no where am I am asked toi sign in. so HOW DO I ACTIVATE the product ? all i get is trail version. when I click editor and further more.. I purchased Elements 2025 from Adobe store I get receipt of purchase foir Premier. I down load premier and Get Elements 2025 on my list of app;lications on my computer after I load it I get screen with many features and the only one I can see to use the product it the "Editor@ so when I click that ... that is when I get Trial I have been using Elements for I dont know how many years I wish I had never tried to upgrade I only did becasue I got a new laptop, WHAT DO I DO? I need the product for my work
so in summary you say After downloading, run the installer, sign in with your Adobe ID, I repeat THERE IS NO WHERE TO SIGN IN again when I down load I click Organizer as that is what I believe I use to get to do my work basically crop and edit images and that is when I get Editor button on bottom menu bar and that is when I get Use Trail version. P:EASE HELP ME.

First let me say a big thank you to those trying to help me.
Second to clarify.
1) I purchased by clicking buy in the Adobe store Elements 2025 I DID NOT click to buy Premier. My receipt of purchase was for Premier and when I download what is in my account it is Premier
2) I have restarted my compuetr
3) I am on Windows 11
4) when I click the application in my list of application to open it I get a screen with options yes which includes Organizer but when I click Organizer I get a screen with some on my images and the Editor button on the bottom menu bar which only allows me to use the Trial. I DO NOT GET THE ELEMENTS list of function i am used to seeing in Elements.... for example down left side including crop and erase and import etc so I CANNOT USE THE PRODUCT.. so I tried clicking Editor as I say on bottom menu bar and I get do I want to use the Trial.
WHAT DO I DO TO GET WHAT I clicked to pay for Elements 2025 which by the way when I get the selection there is no Elements 2025 just 2024 in some drop down menu for me to chose product when I load
so what Next ??????????? I am suffering here Thank you in advance oh and by the way I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall and cannot do that now because I get a cannot uninstall due conflict message. and that is all the message says

Looking my account from the link you gave Sadly my account shows I have Premier but I am 10000000% sure I clicked to buy Elements 2025
I see as mentioned by someone else that is for Videos I would never buy that. I DO NOT DO VIDEOS.
can it be changed to ELEMENTS 2025 and I dont want any money back just 2025 to work for me please.

You purchased Premiere Elements (the video editor).
You didn't purchase Photoshop Elements (the photo editor}.
Both come with the Organizer.
Are you trying to use Photoshop Elements?
If so, that it is why it is a trial.
