how do I get support

 Quite frankly I have never  I MEAN NEVER in my whole life experienced anything as bad as ADOBE  I paid for the product Elements 2025 from teh ADobe website       I  got nothing except a confirmation receipt   NOTHING ...  and I found a way to download from my  account on the Adobe website    BUT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT OPEN...    I try the editor and only get to use the trail version    I have spent 4 days trying to get  supoort help   NOTHING    How do I get support help   how do I get what I paid for  to work.

 

 Someomne please help me

 let me start once again by saying thank you to everyone who has tried to help me. I really appreciate that       although  let's be honest here   Adobe Customer Care is a complete oxymoron.    I have had two real talks with rael Support people    and no resolution.  They are brilliant at making out they are helping but  basically   let me connect you to  another perosn   is thier stock in trade  response   after asking me the same questions time and time again.

 

I am no where nearer to having a working copy of Elements 2025.   I am still using a Trial version and that expires in 2 days.    I  have no idea what to do  except try buying again - I really don't care about $100   in the scheme of things here    I even told support that   If the Premier had work  that would have been ok as it has Organizer I am told...    I just want the product  to work        that means when I load it  and click Organizer and then Editor I want the functions I have paid for.  Been Using Elements  since 2017      great product  for my needs and the new  2025  version looks good too and will suit me even better I think     but that is as far as I can say.

 

So  apart from having my email inbox flooded with pointless Adobe Support emails which are of absolutely no help  I only have you guys to say thanks to.   SO again,  Thank you

 oh and one more.. I love this.. I get emails from  Adobe Support   My case is closed.    brilliant eh!!!!!!!  they just cosed it   no asking me if it is closed.   It aint closed to me.  but     no,  they just write to say closed.

 

 Adobe Customer Care -  IT DOES NOT EXIST .... imaginary  astronauts, all of them.. they think they are out of this world   I suppose!  🙂
