After much ado I succeeded in upgrading Elements 14 to Elements 15 and paid the upgrade price for it on-line in the UK. I downloaded the trial version of Photoshop Elements Premiere and want to buy it, but the "buy now" option gives be the basic price in dollars and requires a serial number. How do I buy it for the add-on price in the UK - several hours of searching has not worked.

Hi Barry
There are two applications:
-Photoshop Elements for editing photos
-Premiere Elements for editing videos
The full version (not upgrade version) are currently on promotion through 30th November ā no previous serial number is required.
PSE15 can be purchased for £51.47 or you can purchase the combination (PSE15+PRE15) for £98.16
Once you complete the purchase, you can validate the trial installation with the serial number. There is no need to uninstall and re-install.
See if this UK link helps.

Yes this works and I now have fully registered versions of Photoshop Elements 15 and Premier Elements 15 which are talking to each other nicely. Just one problem, probably as a result of my own confusion: I seem to have paid for two copies of Photoshop Elements 15.
I had been using Photoshop Elements for some time, and in Spring 2016 I upgraded from 10 to 14, but 14 did not work on computers which had been upgraded to Windows 10 from an earlier version. I tried to get a fix but for health reasons eventually gave up trying and continued to use 10. Then a few weeks ago I had to have a new hard drive fitted (my fingers and eyes made it impossible for me to do this myself) and the man did not clone the old one onto the new one so installed a clean copy of Windows 10, necessitating me reinstalling all my software and restoring a vast amount of other stuff brom backup. But Windows 14 worked on the fresh version of Windows 10. Then my son presented me with a huge pile of VHS tapes to digitise and I wondered whether Premier Elements would be better than my existing 25 year old software so I downloaded the trial version,of Premier Elements 15 and found it was. On the strength of my experience with Premier Elements 15 I decided to upgrade to Photoshop Elements 15, but when I thought I was following your instructions to convert my trial version of Premier Elements15 to a purchased copy I seem to have purchased another copy of Photoshop Elements 15, and I cannot find the magic button to undo it.
HTH

You can return products to Adobe within 30 days of purchase. Why not try the sales number at the link I gave and see if they can help.
