How do I stop watched folders every time starting after using the organiser

Every time I start Photoshop Elements Organizer on the MacBook Pro, I see a screen, “Watched Folders”. How can I disable the search for new files every time?

On the top menu bar select File - Watch Folders.  Then uncheck the 'Watch Folders and their Sub-Folders for New Files' checkbox.
