Hello! Looking for some help....I can not for the life of me figure out how to transfer my purchased actions from one Mac to the other! Please, can someone help me??

It depends which version of Photoshop Elements you have. In recent versions you would go to the actions panel and choose Load Actions after copying the ATN files from the old computer to the new.
