We are new to Adobe Elements and are stuggling to quickly find help on individual features. When we bring up the help for Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements, or Elements Organizer, we are taken online where we see the main page. We also see the left navigation menu for the contents of the manual.
Unfortunately, the only search feature we see is at the top of the page. The search field searches for all apps and other website information. If we include "Photoshop Elements" in the search it is a little more specific, but still is not searching just the manual. How in the world do we confine our search to just the manual for the application we are using?

As you have found, the Help search "feature" is not very helpful. Have you tried using the text box in the Welcome Screen? That works best for me, but it is by no means perfect. A simple Google search does a better job. Also take a look at this recent thread. Added: Whoops. I see you already have.

Thank you for the suggestion, we will try that. Ironically, we have also found that a Google search is better than the integrated help for Adobe Elements.

If you type helpx and a space before your Google search, you will get only Adobe results (usually).

A novel feature, thank you, it does seem to narrow the Google results. Nevertheless, still hoping that Adobe can fix this shortcoming so users can get quick, effective help. Good help for semi-complex programs makes for happy users and loyal customers.
