How do you rearrange photos in an album in photoshop elements 18?

I created an album in elements 18.  Now I want to change the order of some of the photos in the album.  I can find no instructions in elements 18 Help or tutorials.  I have Photoshop Elements for Dummies, but I can find no instructions in that publication for rearranging photos in an album.  In earlier versions of elements, it was fairly simple to click and drag the photos to place them in the desired order, but not in elements 18.  Any advice will be appreciated.  Thanks.
