How extract text from text layer in Photoshop Elemennts

I have about 30 images with text layers of maybe 250 words each. I need to convert them to doc or txt files. OCR is a solution but not a good solution because it always has many errors.  Is there an app (maybe third-party) that will quickly extract all the text?

If they really are text layers, you have no issue.  What I think your are saying is that you have multiple layers of images of text, not editable text, correct?

Please post one of the images you are talking about.

Wrong. There is only one layer of text for each file. But the way to extract it is to open the layer, highlight all text, and copy it to another file. Simple enough but I have 30files. I want to do it automatically.   -- Joel

Yeah I'm afraid so ... but I can't believe that there is no app out there do so this simple task.
