How many devices can I install photoshop elements 2020 and how can a post a picture on facebook?

You can install the program on two devices, but you can only use it on one machine at a time.

Facebook no longer allows direct uploads from other software such as Elements.  So you have to insert your photos either by drag and drop or via navigating through a browse dialog.
