I have a photography plan and also used Photoshop Elements 2022. The performance on the m1 max even with 64 GB Ram is just terrible so i uninstalled the app and now i cant find it anymore on the app store and have to pay again for the 2023 version???
What kind of service is this?
Is there a real service from Adobe with real employees to help customers or just the keyboard warriors sitting in mummy's basement?

Hi @heikos81572203 you can find the direct download links for Elements 2022 here:

The issue is Elements 2022 will run in Rosetta 2 mode, not native M1 compatible so it's going to be slow.

If you got pse 2022 from the Apple App store then a reinstall file would have to come from Apple.
Regular pse 2022 downloads from Adobe won't work, because you would need to input a serial number which you wouldn't have when you buy pse 2022 from the Apple App Store.

You can call Adobe support and see what they say:

It's up to Apple what they put in their app store, but I always find the things I paid for before under PURCHASES. Make sure you use the same Apple ID. Indeed, don't contact Adobe and don't use an Adobe download, they won't work with the App Store license.
