How to convert files, catalogs, tags, etc from pse13 to pse2020

I am currently using pse13 and recently purchased Photoshop Elements 2020 and I would like to know how to convert all my photos and files from pse13 to pse2020 including all the catalogs, tags, etc.

I am running Windows 10.

Hi,

You need to 'convert' your PSE 13 catalog to latest version to retain all information.
