How to download Photoshop Elements 15 without disk drive?

I recently bought a new laptop and my laptop does not have a disk drive. I got a copy of Photoshop Elements 15 to install and I went to the link provided and apparently only the 2020 and 2019 versions of Elements are available for online download unless the online version is in my order history. Is there any other way to install it? If I installed it on another computer with a disk drive under my account would it show up in my order history so I could then download it to my laptop?

If you have access to a computer with a disk drive, copy the disk to a thumb drive and install PSE via USB.

There are also external disk drives than can be purchased for about $25-30.
