I accidentally purchased PS Premiere 2024 when I thought I was purchasing PS Elements. I have not downloaded and installed it, so I asked the retailer about this, and since it is a digital version, they said too bad. So I am wondering if Adobe here will exchange it?

Unfortunately, probably not.
- Any Adobe product purchased from any seller other than Adobe may be returned only to the seller, in accordance with that seller's return policy, if any.

This is a user to user forum so there's not much we can say to help you. Contact Adobe support and they may arrange a "bundle" discount. But the prices you see online this week are generally the lowest you will see.

I did the same thing with the 2022 version, it is an easy thing to do. I contacted the customer servive and chatted with a person who canceled my order. I was then able to download Elements.
