I made a video that was too dark and so utilized an adjustment layer. Other than taking a day and a half to render, there were no other issues. The preview was perfect, but when I burned the DVD and played it, the audio was fine, the text layer was fine but the entire video was grass green. No image anywhere. I saved a new copy with no adjustment layer, burned it, and it is totally fine. Can anyone help me fix this? Using Photoshop Elements 2018 with Windows 10. Thankyou.

Thank you but this isn't a color cast. There is no image to have a
cast. It's like there is a green fill layer that's on top. Bright
green, can't see through it, totally painted green! I even went up to
look through all the layers to see if a green layer was up above my
video layer and there is nothing except the adjustment layer and it's
not green!

Sounds like your using photoshop cc 2019 not photoshop elements 2019?
Photoshop elements doesn't have any video capabilities.

I'm using Premiere Elements 2018. Can you make a smart object out of a
video in Premiere Elements? Hadn't even thought about that.

No not in Premiere Elements.
Now that we know the application your using, you should ask your question over in the Premiere Elements forum.

Instead of using an adjustment layer, turn the video layer to a smart object, then go
to Image>Adjustments>Levels or Curves and adjust to taste.
