How to fix Photo Mail with PSE11 and Outlook 2007 on a 64 bits system running Windows 10?

I changed my PC. From 32 bit system into 64 bits systems. running Window 10 both of them.

On my old computr it was no problem using fotomail, It still works.

the problem is om the new computer photomail does not work, neithet with Outlook, neither with gmail.

How can I solve the problem??
