How to get same size images

Good day!

I am working on a project (link removed by moderator) where I have to upload several images on it. Every time I have to resize reduce the pixel of the image to make it look symmetrical. Is there any way in photoshop where I can perform this task at once on multiple images?

File > Process Multiple Files from the Editor menu in Expert Mode.
