I cannot use photoshop elements 14 on my laptop as your system thinks it is already installed on too many other laptops. I have uninstalled where I can, and I do not have access to any other laptops. How do I resolve?

Photoshop Elements 14 is 10 years old and Adobe has stopped the support on January 2018.

You can try to contact the support if they can reset the activations, but I think that they can't do anymore, because the server were cutoff.

I'm affraid of you're out of luck.

You can try to activate offline, using the instructions found here.

Please let us know if that works for you.

BTW, if you purchased from BestBuy, it seems that they were selling only a 10 year term license.  So that may be the cause of the problem.

@Greg_S.  The thread owner wrotes there's a message that it is installed on too many computers. So I think a offline activation isn't possible.

You purchase and download PSE 2025, that's how you "resolve"- it's your only realistic option.  Everything else is you try is just you spinning your wheels and not going anywhere.

Adiobe can't reset your installation count.  You have been told "too many computers"- that's pretty much it.

@AxelMatt, I understood the OP's problem, but there have been various suggestions that offline activation will overcome the issue, presumably by resetting the license activations (since Support can no longer perform that function).  I have asked Adobe for a definitive answer to this question but have not received a response.  That is why I have tried to gather feedback from users who have successfully tried this method.  Unfortunately, I have not received sufficient data to make a firm conclusion one way or the other.
