How to play MOV videos in PSE 24 Organizer?

I am using PSE 24 in Windows 11 23H2. I recently downloaded a small collection of animated emojis in MOV format. These MOV files imported into the Organizer with NO errors, but they display like this:

When I double-click on one of the thumbnails to play it, I get this message:

These MOV files play fine in Win 11 using my default Media Player Classic Home Cinema app.

This is the MediaInfo v23.11 detail for one of the MOV files.

What codec do I need to install in order to play these MOV files in PSE 24 Organizer?
