How to reinstall photoshop elements 2024 on same Windows 10 PC without losing previous creations. Photoshop arbitrarily fails currently. I may have deleted some files to free up diskspace.

Your previous creations are not touched.  Wherever you save them, that's where they are.   ONE EXCEPTION:

If you save them within the directory structure of the program-- which I don't think anyone has ever done in 20 years.  Then they would get deleted if  you unistall and then reinstall the program.

Are you talking about Auto Creations?  If so, they may be deleted from view on the Home Screen if you delete preferences when you uninstall the program.  I believe they will still be saved in the Creations folder but you have to know some tricks to retrieve them.
