How to save my own custom title in Premier Elements 2018

Hi. I'm new to the program. When I create a new title in Expert setting there is no option to save this as my own template. I have seen it done in videos but i cannot find any reference to how it can be done, nor by right clicking on the title in project elements.

So each time i create a new title, it is generated as a default title and over-writes the ones already created. Simply changing the name does not seem to save it. There is also no drop down option to select Custom titles. Help !!

OK. I think I found the answer, it seems only moving titles can be saved. Standard/Classic ones not. Seems a bit silly. Or is there a solution?
