How to transfer photos to new laptop

Old laptop had Windows 10; new laptop has Windows 11.  When I open Adobe Elements 2025, no media (photos) was transferred to new laptop.  How do I do this?

You need to backup your catalog on the old machine and restore it to the new one.  See this HelpX article for more details and let us know if you still have any questions.
