How to transform posterized photo into just outlines

Hi all,

I have Photoshop Elements 13. I would like to do the following: go from a posterized image to just the outlines of the posterized "puddles". Is this possible?

As an example i have included a posterized image of a goat, and the outlines which i have traced by hand. I would love to find a way to generate these on the computer. I'm not very computer savy tho!!! Thank you!

After the posterization stage, use the filter:

- Stylize WW find edges

- then add a threshold adjustment layer to get a black line output:
