How to uninstall PE 15 from Mac Catalina 10.15 ?

hello, I have purchased a new Mac with OS Catalina 10.15. My Photoshop Elements 15 does not respond any more in this OS. I want to completely uninstall PE 15 . I have run Creative cloud cleaner tool, but the program still shows in my apps . How do I completely remove PE 15 ?
