How to unregister a full license of Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements

Community Beginner ,

Hi !!!!

I own a full license of Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 13. In other words I have the Adobe CDs of each product including their respective serial numbers.

Currently Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 13 IS NOT installed on my PC because now I use Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 18.

Although Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 13 are NOT installed on my PC they remain registered in my Adobe ID account. I would like to know how to remove them from my Adobe ID Account because I want to sell this products (version 13) that I am NOT using anymore.

Please advice, best regards,

Ed

Is your version 2018 a full version or an upgrade?

If it's an upgrade then you must keep version 13 since it's required whenever you reinstall 2018.

If it's a full version, there's no need to separately unregister version 13. The license gets transferred from your Adobe ID profile to the new owner when you go through the license transfer process.

Thank you John for your response !!!!!

Frankly, I don't remember if 2018 is a full version or an upgrade..... I will find out..... I do have the emails of the purchase.

The response you gave me is very clear and to the point. And I want to thank you for it.

Have a great day !!!!
