How to upgrade to Camera Raw 10.3

Hello!

I've got PSE version 16.0 and Camera Raw  version10.07.827 installed. I need to read Canon's .cr3 raw files, which are only supported by Camera Raw 10.3

I've tried opening the help menuon PSE to see if there was a link to upgrade it, but no such thing. Do any of you know a solution to this? I'll post my system info below.

It's strange as a fair number of people reported getting the camera raw 10.3 update for photoshop elements 2018 on windows systems just last week. I to have gotten the 10.3 update for windows pse 2018.

Though yet to hear of a mac user getting the camera raw 10.3 update.

Today: update to ACR 10.3 for PSE 2018

The reason you haven't had the update is you have the win app store version of pse 2018 and those updates come from the app store.
