I downloaded Adobe Elements 2018. As I completed the purchase I noticed that I required 64-bit operation which is not available in Windows 7. I thought I had cancelled the MasterCard payment when I read that I required 64-bit operating system instead of 32-bit, but apparently I was too late. I now realize that it is all my fault for not reading the warnings carefully.
I can not install Adobe Elements 2018 because of this. Is it possible to obtain a refund on my MasterCard for this purchase since it can not be installed?

Hi Len. You are in the Photoshop forum, but I don't think it will make much difference regards your problem. I'll move your thread over there all the same.
It might be possible to upgrade your Windows 7 to 64 bit if your computer hardware allows it. I quickly Googled the video below, but there is a ton of info out there on how to achieve this. This will let your system make better use of memory for a start. How much RAM do you have? If 4Gb, then you are not currently able to use it all with a 32 bit OS.
Or have you considered replacing your computer? Even the cheapest of computers is likely to be a big improvement over a 32 bit system. Describe exactly what your computer model giving make and model, and I am sure the Elements guys will help you from there.
Good luck.
