I got two serials numbers both listed as Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 & Premiere Elements 2018 (Windows,EN) .
I used one I think the first for Premiere and it worked fine. I tried to use the second and then failing that the first serial number to install Photoshop and it wouldn't recognize either.
I'm tired right now and irritated because I had to deal with the same exact issue a few years ago with previous version of these very same software packages. Is it too much to ask that the keys work out of the box?
So yeah this isn't so much a question as me venting. So tomorrow now I have to deal with someone on chat or the phone to fix my licenses again ...
