Can anyone shed any light on this issue please? When I checked the Adobe website, it suggested that these files should be able to be opened in PSE 2024...Thanks

Most likely you have Camera Raw 16.0 or older, and the Fuji XT50 requires at least Camera Raw 16.3 or newer, so you'd

have to upgrade your Camera Raw by following the directions in this thread:

If in the the Photoshop Elements 2024 Editor you go to Help>About Plug-In>Camera Raw, what Version does it say?

If you follow the instructions precisely in the post linked by Jeff, you will now be able to update to ACR 17.

You will need to copy the Camera Raw.8bi file to the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\Elements 24\File Formats
