Please do not share any more of your serial number here. These are public, user-to-user forums. For serial number issues, you will need to contact Adobe support.

Also, try once again and double and triple check that you have the numbers entered correctly.

Take a screen shot (don't post it here) so you'll have it when Adobe Support asks if you entered it correctly.
