wendys_software_site an ebay site that is 13 years old so i am assuming it is legit they have contacted me on at least 12 occasions trying to assist me giving me 3 different serial numbers i have downloaded elements as a trial version then tried the serial numbers but i keep getting invalid for elements 18.

It sound suspicious to me.

Are you sure it isn't a Student and Teacher version or a volume license?

I have finally solved my problem with the help of this forum and my supplier the serial numbers i had been given would not work on elements 18 because they were elements 19 serials so once i removed 18 and installed 19 it was a go.
