I have went to my preferences and checked my email as the message says my email and password are incorrect. I formed another email and verified it and it still wont let me send any pictures through email and the same message comes up. I cant even send the pictures with the option to send it though a website. The only function it lets me send pictures through is facebook. I need help.

I'm very confused. You are posting this question on the Adobe Photoshop forum. Are you saying you were able to send pictures via email from Photoshop?

Or are you asking a general question about emailing images? If this is a general question on emailing an image created in Photoshop:

  • Export the Photoshop image as PNG, GIF or JPEG
  • Open your email
  • Add the image as an attachment
  • Click on Send

If the file or files are too big to email, then post them on a file sharing application like Dropbox and send a link.

Well went I talked to the technical support they told me to post my question on here and they weren't able to assist me. When I am on my photoshop and I am done editing I am trying to send my pictures to my client through email using the photoshop organizer to send them and it is not letting me. A message pops up that my email and password are incorrect and its not incorrect. From the help page it suggest that you go to your preferences and validate your email which I have already done. I continued to have the same issue so I formed a new email and validated it and its correct and the message is still coming up that my email and password is incorrect and it wont allow me to send pictures.

Ok, so tell me what you mean by "the photoshop organizer"? Do you mean Adobe Bridge?

Oh! I think you must mean Photoshop Elements Organizer. (Photoshop and Photoshop Elements are two entirely different programs, both from Adobe.) I'll move your question to the Photoshop Elements forum so that you can get the answer you are looking for.

I have PE 10. I am using windows 10 op. system. All of a sudden i

can no longer send photos as attachments or as photo mail. It shows it sends, but never arrives. I have contacted AOL, they have looked at it extensively and tell me it is an Adobe problem. I have reset to default, it has not helped.
