I keep receiving the below image error when trying to add pics into a template file

I have an urgent query on my recently downloaded photoshop elements 15.

I used to work with elements 8 and downloaded the new elements 15 and uninstalled 8. So far everything else seems to work ... except very slowly. Except for when I am trying to add multiple pictures within a template pic.

Sorry for the trouble. Can you please let me know the steps that are leading to the error message.Please mention the OS as well.

Also, are you always getting this error message when you follow those steps.

To solve the issue, you are facing.Try resetting the preferences.

Go to preferences
Click on reset preferences on next launch
Close the app
Relaunch the app
