I know enough about Adobe Elements and Premiere 13 to install it - NOT?

I just downloaded Adobe Photoshop & Premier Elements 13 Student and Teacher from my Dell Digital Locker.  I bought this for my nephew a few years ago and his computer died.  I'm now trying to get it on a laptop for him.  I have a Product Key that is in the form of

AAAAAN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNN.  The first numeric in the first byte, might be O instead of 0, but it is hard to tell.

I have no idea what ID it was registered to, nor does he.  When I tried to install the Photoshop Elements it forced me to enter an ID so I used what I'd normally use for myself if I installed it for him.  I was shocked when my password worked and thought I must have done this for him.  But I get to a screen that has grayed out boxes for a product key.  I haven't been told it is invalid and just assume that it may have been activated with a different ID.  I'm clueless, in more ways than one.

I have my order information from Dell and a Product Key, but don't know where to go now.  Help?

Thanks.
