I'm having to double tap with my pen in order to draw?

I'm currently using adobe Photoshop elements 13 with an Intuos Pro. Everything was working just fine on my other two computers, but after getting a new one an issue has come up: I'm having to double tap and hold with my pen in order to draw a line, otherwise when I try to draw normally it simply moves the canvas around and won't recognize that I have a brush tool selected.

If anyone can offer any help it would be super appreciated!

Hi

I've moved your post to the Photoshop Elements forum where you are more likely to get a reply relevant to your issue.

Hi, I've been having the same problem. Unfortunately, I haven't found a fix yet, but I do know the cause.

If you go to Wacom Properties and deselect "Use Windows Ink," it removes your having to double-tap. However, this also disables any pen pressure functionality. I found a solution to this problem in regular Photoshop -- it involves replacing Windows Ink with Windows' previous tablet-reading software "Wintab" -- but couldn't figure out how to do so with Elements 13.

Here's my thread: Use Wintab instead of Windows Ink in Elements 13?

Good luck!
