There have not been any recent updates for PSE12. You can check availability from the editor menu:
Help >> Updates
If you wish to purchase the latest version, PSE15, you would qualify for the upgrade price.
I suggest you download the free trial and test the product before purchase.
It’s a good way to review all the tools and features and to test compatibility with your computer.
There is no need to uninstall the trial if you decide to purchase. Simply validate with your serial number and the software becomes permanent.
