I own Elements 12 and do not want Elements 15

I paid for and downloaded elements 12 over a year ago. Suddenly I can't open it and use it. It says that I have finished my trial period for Elements 15, which I never asked for. I have projects pending and I need to get access to Elements 12 now. How do I make it quit trying to make me buy Elements 15?

Hi mattt ,

Thanks for posting in Adobe forums.

I can understand you are facing some issue with Version 12 & 15.

Could you please provide me the following information?

- Are you using a Windows Machine or a Mac?

- Have you check before opening that which version your icon shows when you try to open Version 12?

- Have you ever installed trial version of Elements 15?

Thanks

Regards

Dhananjay

Thanks Dhananjay,

I am using a Windows PC

The Icon points to Elements 12 (screen shot):

I have not tried to install a trial version of Elements 15.
