I Purchased Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements The Provided Serial Numbers Do Not Work

I just purchased Photoshop Elements 2023 and Premiere Elements 2023 and the serial number for PSE was declared incorrect. I photographed the page in the process. I am certain of the number. Under the number is Version 21.0.

What should I do next?

After a 20 minute wait, I was typing this information into a chat when the agent broke the connection because I was not fast enough for him.

This is probably not a proper place to post the serial numbers supplied, is it?

If you didn't buy directly from Adobe, you probably have a redemption code and need to use it to get a serial number:

Did you purchase a Mac license for a Mac or a Windows license for Windows?

The serial numbers must match the proper installation file.

. . .  Also make sure that the correct serial number is entered for each program.  The Photoshop Elements Serial Number will begin with 1057.  The Premiere Elements number will begin with 1143.  (And you were right not to enter your codes on this website.  This is a user-to-user forum and we cannot help with specific serial/redemption code numbers.)

I gave up last night an let an Adobe support tech have control of my PC. He did something so that the Serial Number I was given was accepted. My best guess is he changed a database entry at Adobe.
