I've lost Photoshop Elements from my Mac

Hi All,

I updated my Mac and needed space for it to work again, as such I dragged photoshop elements onto my external hard drive.  I have tried to drag it back again and it will not work any more?!  Can I re-download it?

Yes, please use the following link to download and reinstall it, but before re-installing, please Uninstall it first
